What's Where!!

Using the tabs across the top of the page you can browse our website. Come back and visit us often as we will add regular updates and information which can be viewed via the 'Latest' link.

Using 'Show Info' will take you to the current show menu with what's when and who is judging, plus the Archive pages of past shows where you can browse who won where and see photos and were available critiques.

The 'Club Info' link will take you to the menu to discover more about the Afghan Hound Association itself full of details our committee and features such as the Members Challenge.

'Afghan Information' is about the UK Breed Standard the colours of the Afghan Hound and pedigree information.

What can you do with your Afghan? Well in 'Activities' there are lots of things to choose from, here are links to just some of them, showing is the most popular activity, but the Afghan is capable of much more Racing, Lure Coursing and Agility as well as Obedience are all possible. For the humans there are links to Judging including Judges Lists and criteria required to become a judge, details of forthcoming lectures and exams as well as Stewarding

'Community' is the place for seeking that special Rescue companion, There are many ways to own an Afghan Hound, or rather be owned by one. One of the most rewarding is to take one that has fallen on hard times. This noble, elegant and independent breed is like no other in many ways, but it some it is very similar, they require love and care and each deserves the very best of both. Also in the this section are Puppy Announcements, Advertisements and importantly the Shopping Zone are all here.

The direct link to downloadable schedules and entry forms as well as UK and Overseas Membership application forms that's 'On-line Docs'

'Links' is simply that taking you to other Breed Clubs, Members Web Sites and places of general interest to Affie owners throughout the world.

We hope you enjoy your visit.
